Spring 2026 - Digital Design for Print
This book cover was designed for one of my personal favorite books, Men Have Called Her Crazy by Anna Marie Tendler. I wanted to make the cover look feminine as the book is about growing up and inhabiting a female body. The typography was hand generated by myself using watercolor paints and overlayed on a blurred image of a woman, almost serving as prison bars obstructing the audience's view of the woman. I chose to use watercolor in combination with swirly letter forms and the color pink to serve as a representation of femininity blocking the individual's identity.
