Fall 2025 - Digital Design for Print and Social Media
This poster was selected as one of two official promotional pieces for Missouri State University’s Biennial Design + Image Exhibition. I wanted the design to feel playful and full of energy. I accomplished this by overlaying pointed and geometric shapes with organic and repetitive lines. With a poster this dynamic placing type is challenging, but challenge inspires creativity. I played with different type placements and rotations, finally landing a mix of horizontal and vertical placement. For social media I created a similar background of overlayed shapes and lines, and placed my typography to compliment the existing shapes.
